FREELANCE VIDEO CREW SOUTH WALES & UK

White-label video production support for agencies and production companies

South Wales Video can step into your production as a freelance camera operator or self-shooting director, working to your brief and under your brand. Your client relationship stays with you.

We can arrive for a single interview, a full filming day, multi-location coverage or a wider production that needs additional cameras, sound or aerial footage.

SHOOT TO YOUR WORKFLOW

Sony cinema bodies, professional sound and flexible delivery

Sony FX6 + FX5
Matching cinema-camera coverage for interviews, branded content, events and B-roll.

Ground + aerial
Tripod, handheld and gimbal work, with commercial drone filming available where the brief needs it.

Your files, your edit
We can hand over organised original media, or continue into post-production if required.

PRODUCTION SUPPORT WITHOUT TAKING OVER THE PROJECT

Plug in the crew, camera or delivery your production needs

Work from your shot list, call sheet, creative brief or remote producer instructions. We can stay entirely white-label, or work openly as an additional production partner.

White-label location filming

Interviews, presenter pieces, workplaces, products, events, locations and general B-roll captured to your brief. No need to hand the end-client relationship over.

Raw footage for your editor

Need camera work only? Our raw footage filming service for agencies and production teams covers codecs, profiles, frame rates, audio and file structure before the shoot.

Editing if you need it

If the job grows beyond capture, our video editing and post-production service can handle selects, story edits, colour, sound, captions and final versions.

Sony FX6 + FX5

Use matching Sony cinema bodies for A/B camera interviews, controlled single-camera coverage or more flexible handheld and gimbal work. S-Log3, S-Cinetone and project-specific settings can be agreed in advance.

Drone and movement

Add gimbal, handheld and tripod coverage, plus GVC and A2 CofC commercial drone filming for establishing shots, locations, property, construction or wider production coverage.

UK travel and extra crew

Based in South Wales and available across the UK. Additional camera operators, sound recordists or drone support can be arranged where the schedule or scale needs more than one person.

BEFORE THE FILMING DAY

Send the brief, technical requirements and handover plan

Tell us the location, date, call time, required coverage and who is directing the shoot. If your editor needs specific camera settings, file naming, proxy media, synchronised sound or a particular handover structure, agree that before filming starts.

For camera-only work, see professional raw footage filming for your own edit. For post-production support, see our South Wales video editing service. Current starting points are on the video production pricing page.
