Depending on your needs and budget, we can record with a simple two-camera setup for full-length coverage, or deliver a polished multi-camera production that includes close-ups of performers, audience reactions, and atmospheric cutaways. What events do you capture?

We film a wide range of events including conferences, talks, panel discussions, live performances, corporate events, and private functions.
For weddings, pricing and structure differ slightly due to longer booking lead times and more extensive editing.

How many cameras or crew needed?

It depends on the type of event:

  • 1 camera – simple coverage, highlights, or general event filming moving around
  • 2-4 cameras (recommended) – ideal for stage performances and talks (gives you cutaways and a more engaging final video)
  • Multiple crew – for larger events, live coverage, or multi-area filming

    With one camera we capture:

    • Vox pops / testimonial interviews
    • General event highlights
    • Optional presenter / anchor can be included within the crew setup
    • Event photographer

What are your prices?

It varies depending on what you need:

  • £499 – one camera, up to 90 minutes on site
    (ideal for live stream jobs, with a simple true-to-life recording provided to download)
  • £699 – two cameras, up to 4 hours on site
    (includes an edited video provided to download)

Includes capturing as much usable content as possible within the time.
Larger events quoted based on scope.

Do you travel outside area?

Yes — we regularly work across the UK, from Brighton to Edinburgh and everywhere in between.

Travel and accommodation may apply depending on location. We also have a trusted network of reliable camera operators (with TV broadcast experience where possible), allowing us to cover events efficiently wherever they’re based.
