MANUFACTURING VIDEO PRODUCTION SOUTH WALES
Show What Your Factory Can Actually Do
Factory and manufacturing video production for engineering, industrial and production businesses across Wales and the UK.
Production lines, machinery, skilled processes, interviews, training and aerial context — filmed around live operations rather than turning the factory into a film set.
MANUFACTURING SECTOR
FROM BRIEF TO FINAL EDIT
Turn machinery, processes and technical capability into something buyers can see
Factory capability films
Show facilities, machinery, capacity, people and production capability to customers, partners and procurement teams who may never visit in person.
Manufacturing process films
Follow a product or component through the important stages — material, machining, forming, assembly, finishing, inspection, packing or dispatch.
Machinery & automation
Capture specialist equipment, robotics, control systems and automated operations with enough detail to make the process understandable.
Product & equipment demonstrations
Show setup, operation, maintenance or use with close views of the controls, actions and details that matter.
Recruitment, training & skills
Use the same environment for careers content, staff knowledge transfer and training videos as well as external marketing.
One filming day can serve sales, recruitment and training
Plan the outputs before the shoot and the same production can create a much more useful bank of factory footage.
Capture the operation
Film machinery, people and production in action so buyers can see what the business actually does.
Show important detail
Use close-ups to reveal controls, finishes, inspections, skilled processes and details that wider shots can miss.
Put expertise on camera
Engineers, operators and production managers can explain the decisions behind what viewers are seeing.
Reuse the material
Reuse the footage across your main film, social clips, recruitment, training and future marketing.
Production comes first
A factory is a working environment, not a studio. Before filming we establish the site contact, access, PPE, confidentiality restrictions, priority operations and anything that cannot be stopped or repeated.
On the day we work around production timings and agreed camera positions. If a process only runs at a particular time, that becomes the priority. Repeatable actions can then be captured again from closer positions where it is safe and practical.
Noisy machinery is not a problem for the pictures. Interviews are recorded separately with dedicated microphones in the most suitable available location.
WHAT MAKES FACTORY FOOTAGE USEFUL?
Show scale, sequence and detail
Let the people who know the process explain it
Managing directors, engineers, production managers, operators and apprentices can add the technical context that pictures alone cannot provide.
FROM FACTORY FLOOR TO SALES TOOL
Show capability instead of asking buyers to imagine it
Customer-facing film
Use the factory, people and process to support sales, procurement, tenders, exhibitions and customer presentations.
Short capability clips
Create separate edits around particular machines, services, sectors or stages of production for more targeted use.
TECHNICAL VIDEO EXAMPLES
Detailed information is easier when viewers can see the action
MANUFACTURING VIDEO FAQ
Practical questions before factory filming
Can you film while production continues?
Yes. We plan priority operations and safe camera positions with your site contact and work around the production schedule wherever practical.
Can you film several processes in one visit?
Yes. This is often the most efficient approach. We plan the sequence around when different lines, machines or stages are actually running.
Can you film noisy machinery?
Yes. Machinery sound can add useful atmosphere. Interviews are recorded with dedicated microphones in the most suitable available location.
Can confidential areas or products be excluded?
Yes. Identify restricted areas, screens, drawings, prototypes, customer information or sensitive processes before filming so the boundaries are clear.
Do you have your own PPE?
We bring our own hard hat, high-vis vest, safety glasses, gloves and steel-toe safety boots, so we’re ready for most construction, factory and industrial filming environments.
Can staff appear naturally at work?
Yes. Employees can demonstrate processes, work normally within agreed areas or take part in interviews. Any internal consent requirements remain with the client.
Can you make training videos at the same time?
Yes. Procedures, equipment use, assembly, maintenance and specialist knowledge can be planned as separate training video modules alongside the main factory film.
Can drone footage be included?
Yes, where airspace, weather, access and the site environment allow. Aerial footage can show the overall factory, storage, loading areas and surrounding site. See our drone filming service.
Can you provide organised original footage?
Yes. Clearly organised source clips can be supplied for your own marketing or editing team where this is included in the brief. Large 4K jobs can be supplied on SSD.

Automation & robotics
Capture automated processes, robotics, control systems and the detail needed to explain how the operation works.
Multi-site manufacturers
Several factories or facilities can be planned as one production where the finished film needs to represent a wider operation.
UK projects
We travel throughout the UK for suitable factory, engineering and manufacturing productions.
Related site filming
For construction, installation and active operational environments, see our site filming service.
Marketing & case studies
Manufacturing footage can also support marketing films and project case studies.
PLAN THE FILM AROUND PRODUCTION
Tell us what the factory needs to show
Send the location, important processes, preferred filming dates, intended audience and the content you need at the end.
If particular machines or production stages only run at certain times, include that early so the filming plan can be built around the operations that matter most.
