Keynotes, panel talks, audience questions, breakout sessions, networking and sponsor activity all need different coverage. We agree the priority sessions first, then plan cameras and crew around what must be recorded and what needs to become useful content afterwards.
For talks and panels, a dependable wide shot protects the full session while additional cameras provide closer speaker views and audience cutaways. Larger or multi-room conferences may need extra operators.

The words matter as much as the pictures
For keynote speakers and panel discussions, the audio is the programme. Where practical, we coordinate with the venue or AV team for a suitable sound feed while using independent recording where required.
Several cameras allow the edit to move naturally between the speaker, panel, presentation and audience without losing the complete session.
If the conference is being streamed as well as recorded, our live streaming service can be planned alongside the camera coverage.

Bring the Conference to a Wider Audience
Live streaming allows people who cannot attend in person to watch keynote speakers, panel discussions and presentations as they happen.
We can combine several cameras with presentation slides, event graphics and a suitable audio feed so the online audience can follow the programme clearly.
Where required, the conference can be streamed and recorded at the same time, giving you both the live broadcast and edited content to use afterwards.

The full sessions may be needed by delegates, while the communications team wants a two-minute highlights film, short speaker extracts, interviews and social clips.

How many cameras are best for a conference?
Two or more cameras are useful for talks and panel discussions because one can retain a reliable wide view while others cover speakers, presentation content and audience reactions. Larger or multi-room events may need additional operators.
Can you record complete keynote and panel sessions?
Yes. Full-length recordings can be supplied alongside shorter highlights, speaker extracts and promotional edits.
Can you record sound from the venue system?
Where practical, we coordinate with the venue or AV team for a suitable feed and use independent recording as required. Send the technical contact details before the event.
Can you film interviews during the conference?
