LIVE STREAMING PRICING
Clear starting price for a straightforward stream
Live streaming starts from £499 for up to 90 minutes, with additional coverage from £100 per hour. The setup can include multiple cameras, remote microphones, network bonding and stream hosting.
Travel may apply further afield. Additional crew, multiple rooms, extensive graphics or remote contributors are quoted separately.

Reserved parking or suitable transport for the operator and equipment may be needed where venue access is restricted.

How many cameras does the event need?
A simple presentation may only need one camera. Panels, performances and events with several areas of interest can benefit from additional angles so the programme can follow what is happening naturally.
What do you need from the venue before the event?
The running order, room layout, access times, sound arrangements, available internet and where cameras can be positioned are the most useful details to confirm early.
How is event audio handled?
We can use suitable microphones or an agreed feed from the venue sound system. The aim is for remote viewers to hear speech, music and presentations clearly without depending on a camera microphone across the room.
What happens if venue Wi-Fi is weak?
Where suitable, bonded mobile data can provide additional internet routes rather than relying on venue Wi-Fi alone. Available networks and venue connectivity still need to be checked in advance.
Private viewing and replay
A stream can use an agreed public platform or a password-protected viewing page. The programme can also be retained for replay or supplied as a recording afterwards.
