Panel and presentation

Closer camera coverage and clear speech matter when speakers, discussions and presentation material are the main content.

HOW WE BUILD THE STREAM

Plan the programme before the signal goes live

The running order, camera positions, sound and connection plan are worked out around the real event rather than treated as separate technical jobs.

Map the running order

1

Confirm speakers, performances, presentations, breaks and anything the online audience must not miss.

Test the connection

3

Check venue internet and available mobile networks before relying on any route for a live programme.

Place cameras and sound

2

Choose angles and microphones that follow the programme without obstructing the room or the people in it.

Stream and retain the recording

4

Send the programme to the agreed destination and keep a recording available for replay, archive or later editing.

THE ONLINE AUDIENCE NEEDS A PROPER VIEW

Live streaming is more than pointing one camera at the room

Remote viewers need to hear the speaker clearly and see what matters without being able to choose their own viewpoint. We therefore plan camera positions, microphones, presentation material and switching around the event itself.

A simple programme may only need one camera. Panels, conferences and sports events can benefit from several angles so the live feed can follow the action naturally.

CONNECTION & BACKUP

Built for live delivery, not one internet connection

Bonded mobile connectivity

Where suitable, we combine several mobile data connections with venue internet rather than trusting the stream to one route.

If one connection weakens, the others help keep the programme moving.

What we check before going live

Internet: venue connection and usable mobile networks.

Destination: where viewers will watch.

Recording: a local copy independent of the live feed.

Access: setup time, camera positions and sound feed.

LIVE STREAMING FAQ

Questions to settle before the event

How many cameras does the event need?

A simple presentation may only need one camera. Panels, performances and events with several areas of interest can benefit from additional angles so the programme can follow what is happening naturally.

What do you need from the venue before the event?

The running order, room layout, access times, sound arrangements, available internet and where cameras can be positioned are the most useful details to confirm early.

How is event audio handled?

We can use suitable microphones or an agreed feed from the venue sound system. The aim is for remote viewers to hear speech, music and presentations clearly without depending on a camera microphone across the room.

What happens if venue Wi-Fi is weak?

Where suitable, bonded mobile data can provide additional internet routes rather than relying on venue Wi-Fi alone. Available networks and venue connectivity still need to be checked in advance.

Private viewing and replay

A stream can use an agreed public platform or a password-protected viewing page. The programme can also be retained for replay or supplied as a recording afterwards.
