How It Works
We install professional time-lapse cameras tailored to your site. These are positioned securely and configured to capture your project from start to finish – with minimal disruption and zero need for live monitoring.
Our systems are ideal for projects up to 3 months in duration.
Projects Over 3 Months
For anything beyond a 12-week window, we recommend you purchase the equipment. This makes more sense financially and gives you full control over longer-term documentation. We can help with the supply and initial setup of these systems, depending on your requirements.
If you’d prefer a simple one-off cost and to own the system outright, we can help arrange that too – get in touch to discuss what suits your project best.
Before We Arrive: What Needs to Be in Place
To avoid delays or wasted site visits, please ensure the following are ready before installation:

Clear parking access for installation
If these aren’t sorted, we may not be able to complete the install, and additional call-out charges may apply.
What to Expect
Once installed, the camera quietly captures the daily changes happening on site. At the end, you’ll receive a finished time-lapse video showing your full project in minutes – perfect for internal updates, PR, social media, or company archives.

Getting Started
Initial Consultation
Tell us about your project – location, duration, and what you’re looking to capture.
Photos of the proposed camera positions are extremely helpful at this stage.
Quotation
Once we understand your needs, you’ll receive a clear, itemised quote outlining all costs and inclusions – no hidden extras.
Recce & Booking
A site recce will be carried out after booking, once the 50% deposit has been paid. This ensures time isn’t lost for both parties and keeps the process efficient. We’ll check access, power, and mounting positions ahead of install.
Setup & Execution
We’ll attend site, install and configure the system, and ensure everything is running as it should. Photos of the installed setup will be provided before we leave site on day one. From there, your project will begin recording, and you can leave the rest to us.
