Good panel coverage starts before the first speaker
For talks and discussions, the words are the main content. Where appropriate, we coordinate with the event or venue audio setup and use independent recording where required, rather than relying on a camera microphone at the back of the room.
Send the running order, access window, technical contact and any venue requirements in advance. That gives us time to position cameras, check sound and be ready before guests need the room.
If a remote audience is required, live streaming can be planned alongside the recording.
